Our responsibility ends at the moment the worker is hired from the app and arrives at the house or place where the work will be carried out.

The client is responsible for verifying that the work has been completed successfully and for supervising its correct execution at all times.

The claims. The client will submit them in writing to the offices of CRAFTSMEN ON DEMAND CORP. within a period not exceeding 15 days after the delivery date. Said procedure will take an estimated time of 90 days for the respective investigations of the case.
